Our history

Sazón offers a twist on Mexican cuisine, serving homemade dining experiences that we are sincerely proud of. The cuisine is Mexican. But even though tacos, burritos, and quesadillas are on the menu, we are far from traditional.

The menu is created from our desire for gastronomic creativity with roots in the Canary Islands, the Middle East, and Latin America. We believe that taste and quality go hand in hand. Therefore, we make everything in our own kitchen, according to our own recipes, and the way we love it ourselves.
